What is a 360 booth (Video Booth) ?

360 Experience captures a slow-motion video from all angles.

Guests stand on a platform using a slow-motion arm to circle automatically around them.

The result? Awesome branded content that can be shared within seconds

How much space does the 360 Platform require ?

Minimum 10'x 10'  space - preferably 15'x15'

Does the 360 need electricity ?

NO electricity is needed for any event up to 4 hours.  We are fully battery operated.

How many people can stand on the platform?

Up to 3- 4 People on the platform at one time

​

How do my guests get their Video ?

Your guests will get their videos  via SMS , Air Drop, or  emailed attachment. Guests can enter their information at our sharing station tablet. We also offer touchless QR Code options. On average, videos are available for viewing on the sharing station within 60 seconds. Poor Internet correction may cause a delay in the upload speed and the delivery. If this does  occur videos will be shared after the event once we can connect to a stronger signal.

What if I’m hosting the event , How do I get all my Guest video’s ? What if I don’t want my guest to share their videos before I do?

Once your event is completed,  360 staff will email your entire public video gallery within 24 -72 hours of your event to the email on file  link.  (With us,  360 you have the option when booking to add any restrictions to your event, you can eliminate the sharing options on your event Public gallery and guest will have to wait until you share their vidoes. During the event videos  will be available to view just not share Or download.)

How long will Videos be available online ?

All video will be saved to an online Gallery 48 - 72 hours after the event or  we will send  you a link of the guest videos.

Do you Travel?

Yes, We travel !! Travel fees are not included in the base rate. Travel fees start at $50,  are  based on distance and mileage over 25 of our location 20019.

Do you require a deposit?

In order to secure your date, a  $125 deposit  will be required at the time of booking package. The final payment will be due 3 days before the event. Payment is due in full for all events scheduled within the same day  BEFORE of the event date. We accept all major credit/debit cards. A convenience fee of 3% will be applied to the invoice is payment is made by credit/debit card.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking?

When you pay your deposit we reserve your date and time and do not take any other reservations for that date and/or time. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the event of date changes, location change, wedding  or event cancellation.

Can mainstream songs be added to the video?

Copyrighted songs can only be used if you have a license for use and pay royalties.  360 PHOTOGRAPHY IN DMV is only able to provide royalty and copyright free music. If the Client Choice to use copyrighted songs 360 PHOTOGRAPHY IN DMV is not liable for any legal action that may that place.
